"We have owned two of the NN-T945 series of Panasonic's microwave oven. We were drawn to the look, the operation, and the size of the oven. It's larger than any other available microwave out there and that's what we wanted. The first one we bought quit working after just 18 months of use. We thought, maybe that's a fluke and loved the oven so much, we bought another one in the same series. This one has quit, with just under a year of usage. Or, right at it, I'm not sure. The error code H98 has appeared and that means it needs "generation" repair. Doesn't sound very inexpensive to me. Generally, it's cheaper and less frustrating to just buy a new oven than it is to have one fixed. So, now we're stuck with purchasing a new microwave -- again. It's very disappointing to have to make this nearly annual purchase. We won't be trying another Panasonic."
