Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor documentation, Difficult to use, see above suggestions
"Received mine as a gift. Took some time to get used to it as it is a higher watt (1300 vs 1100) than my previous microwave.
It does a fine job but is still bulky like the ones in the 70-80's. It is not counter friendly if space is a concern.
An improvement is suggested to allow the door to open further as it often gets in the way of removing items when it only opens to 90 degrees.
ONLY comes in White. Today's homes are more color coordinated and this really stands out; just a suggestion . . .
The LED window is difficult at best to view unless you are eye level with it. Sorry for the poor review but it is NOT one I would have selected.
Having viewed the website, it does NOT offer enough information/comparison for me to order this product online. I would have been twice dissappointed."
