"I have only had the phone for 2 weeks. I like it very much, absolutely no problems whatsoever. Everything works. I am glad I didn't read the reviews before I bought it. Maybe those people got lemons."

"Just want to know if anyone else is having a prob. with the poor quality, choppy words and NO RING TONE of the KX-TGA931T. I only know that someone is calling when they are leaving a message on the recorder. I need my home phone every day but this phone leaves me phoneless and frustrated. HELP!"

"Bought the phone on the advice of a friend. Like some of the features, especially the voice caller ID. The most frustrating aspect is when the phone will not allow me to answer. I press the talk button over and over but nothing happens. So, I am buying another phone and will not be purchasing Panasonic anymore."
