"I wanted a smaller camera that would work as an SLR, as I use the Olympus E-3 the G1 seemed perfect as I could adapt my Oly lenses. I also heard that an adapter for Leica M lenses would soon be available and I also use Leicas. This camera, the G1, was a perfect match and I have not been disappointed, BTW the Kit lens is superb, very sharp, very little to no noticeable barrel distortion."
