Pros: Exceeded expectations, Convenient, tru2way
Cons: remote not comfortable

"love the tru2way - no cable box - no extra wires - and OnDemand and HD look awesome on this TV!

Only thing so far has been the remote - I think the channels and volume should be switched - if your a right handed you have to reach over the volume to hit the channel button

Was the 1st install in Chicago - looking forward to all the features this TV be able to grow with!"
